EmpireRC.net was unofficially launched March 1st 2008, The first phase was to test the software and maintain a steady level of operation with very few bugs and to make sure there was no show stopper problems.  Since it's unofficial release the system seems to be working fine, but I had no idea we would be getting some much traffic with basically no advertising, so we decided to move to phase 2 and implement the system onto our production server and continue to monitor the system and get ready to move on to phase 3.

So over the past few days, you may have experienced that the site has been unavailable, that was due to moving the system over.  I thank you all for your interest in the site, and appreciate your participation.  Over the next year there will be continuing improvements and of course the media will keep coming.
